Summary: It was a Studio. In other words, no balcony but just a view of the neighborhood rooftops. I am grateful though that the room was spacious, clean, modern and very confortable. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Bus stop to Limassol (5€) is at 7 mn walk and bus terminal to the airport (2.40 €) at 12 mn walk. Ramzi, co-owner, was very kind.

Summary: Great hotel with fantastic location near the airport. Message on whatsapp beforehand to get check in details. We got a spacious room for us and our baby and were really happy. When you walk out the door in the morning, the sea is right there and you can almost jump right in. Amazing bakery StoArtos is a short walk away as well

Summary: Not really for us. The bed was extremely hard, the towels were old and had holes in them, the shower tray was in a poor state. On the positive side, a good location, quiet, and very clean. If you’re after a budget room and get it for a good price then it’s absolutely worth it.

Summary: Room (101) was basic but spacious and clean. Shower gel dispenser was empty but rain shower was lovely. No balcony to this room. Large comfy bed. No manned reception but clear directions to obtain the key from the key safe. Parking is limited and on a tight lane so park at your own risk. Great location, just a few minute walk to Finkoudes beach and a vast array of bars and restaurants. We were only here for a night stop due to an early flight out of Larnaca and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The room, bed and room facilities were good, unfortunately the air-conditioning was not up to standard. One major hassle was that there were no parking places available, so you had to park down the narrow streets. The check in process needs to be refined as there is nobody at the reception desk.
